1. Хто ми
Daimon AI Agent («Сервіс», «ми») — Telegram-бот, що допомагає власникам бізнесу вести Instagram: генерує контент за допомогою штучного інтелекту, публікує пости за розкладом, аналізує статистику та запускає рекламу Meta Ads з рекламного кабінету користувача — кожна дія відбувається лише після підтвердження користувачем.
2. Які дані ми збираємо
- Telegram: ідентифікатор чату (chat ID) і повідомлення, які ви надсилаєте боту.
- Facebook / Instagram (через офіційний Meta Graph API, після вашого явного дозволу): ідентифікатори та назви вашого Instagram Business-акаунта і Facebook-сторінки, токени доступу, список ваших рекламних кабінетів, статистика публікацій та рекламних кампаній.
- Контент: бриф про ваш бізнес, згенеровані та опубліковані пости, зображення.
- Технічні журнали: записи про дії Сервісу (публікації, витрати AI) для квот і діагностики.
Ми не збираємо паролі — авторизація відбувається виключно через офіційний вхід Meta (OAuth). Ми не збираємо дані людей, які не користуються Сервісом.
3. Як ми використовуємо дані
- публікація контенту у ваш Instagram за вашим підтвердженням;
- створення та керування рекламними кампаніями у вашому рекламному кабінеті за вашим підтвердженням;
- аналітика вашого акаунта і показ її вам;
- генерація текстів та ідей: знеособлений бриф вашого бізнесу передається AI-провайдеру (Anthropic API) виключно для створення контенту для вас;
- контроль квот тарифу та захист Сервісу від зловживань.
4. Зберігання і захист
Дані зберігаються на нашому сервері в Європі. Токени доступу Meta зашифровані під час зберігання (шифрування Fernet/AES). Доступ до сервера має лише адміністратор Сервісу. Ми не продаємо і не передаємо ваші дані третім особам для реклами чи маркетингу.
5. Кому передаються дані
- Meta Platforms — для публікацій, статистики та реклами через офіційні API;
- Anthropic — текстовий бриф для AI-генерації контенту;
- Telegram — доставка повідомлень бота.
6. Строк зберігання та видалення
Дані зберігаються, поки ви користуєтеся Сервісом. Ви можете будь-коли відкликати доступ у налаштуваннях Facebook («Налаштування → Застосунки і сайти») та/або попросити нас видалити всі ваші дані — див. інструкцію з видалення даних. Запити виконуються протягом 30 днів.

1. Who we are
Daimon AI Agent (the “Service”, “we”) is a Telegram bot that helps business owners run their Instagram presence: it generates content with AI, publishes posts on schedule, analyses insights, and runs Meta Ads campaigns from the user's own ad account — every action only after the user's explicit confirmation.
2. Data we collect
- Telegram: your chat ID and the messages you send to the bot.
- Facebook / Instagram (via the official Meta Graph API, only after your explicit OAuth consent): IDs and names of your Instagram Business account and Facebook Page, access tokens, the list of your ad accounts, post and ad campaign insights.
- Content: your business brief, generated and published posts and images.
- Technical logs: records of the Service's actions (publications, AI usage) for quotas and diagnostics.
We do not collect passwords — authorisation happens exclusively through Meta's official OAuth login. We do not collect data about people who do not use the Service.
3. How we use data
- publishing content to your Instagram upon your confirmation;
- creating and managing ad campaigns in your ad account upon your confirmation;
- showing you analytics about your account;
- content generation: a business brief is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic API) solely to create content for you;
- enforcing plan quotas and protecting the Service from abuse.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on our server in Europe. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest (Fernet/AES). Only the Service administrator has server access. We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Data sharing
- Meta Platforms — publishing, insights and ads via official APIs;
- Anthropic — text brief for AI content generation;
- Telegram — bot message delivery.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while you use the Service. You may revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings (“Settings → Apps and Websites”) and/or ask us to delete all your data — see the data deletion instructions. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or deletion by contacting us below.
